Bird is the word !!!!
This is a Sage Grouse, when I first saw this bird I didn't know what to think. My eye for fashion appealled to me quite abit though. I would never have though of wearing fur with feathers! It's times like this when I get hit with a 2x4 and realize that there is Power waay greater than me.

It blows my mind how much creation calls out to us, saying YES there is a GOD! Who else could have done all this? Some cosmic accident? Nope.
And if God cares about the birds in the fields as much as He does, imagine how much more so He cares about us.

Makes me really want a telephoto lens/zoom again. I saw a pretty n fluffy downy woodpecker in the tree out the window today, n didn't bother with a pic because it'd be too far for the cheap cam-The small wood pecker was a male, with Blk & Wht stripes, n a red crest, - tho not quite as extravagant as this Grouse!
